Founded in 2018, Brimstone Bakery is the creative offspring of New York City & San Francisco-based chef Anthony Leberto, who arrived in Sharon Springs in 2017 captivated by the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of the upstate New York community. Their small-batch, flavorsome, sweet-savory jams & jellies are the perfect accent to a cheese board or luncheon sandwich.
